Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 5 days prior to your check-in date for a full refund (one-night deposit). If a room is cancelled less than 5 days before arrival, the deposit of one-night is non-refundable. Reservations made less than 5 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy

In order to preserve the atmosphere of The Burgundy Inn and protect our guests and our property, all persons are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible manner and abide by the following rules.

• A valid credit card is required at check-in to cover potential incidental charges. A hold will be placed on the card and released upon check-out, minus any actual incidental costs.
• A deposit of the first night plus tax required at the time of reservation.

• We are a smoke free property. This includes cigarettes & marijuana.

• Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Unregistered guests are not permitted in the guest rooms or the outdoor areas of the property.

• Only registered vehicles displaying a valid parking pass are permitted to park in The Burgundy Inn parking lot. Other vehicles may be towed at owner’s expense.

• All units are nonsmoking. A cleaning charge of $100 per room will be assessed if our staff notes any evidence of smoking in the room at any time during your stay. Additional charges may be assessed if room is not rentable due to residual smoke odor or damage in room. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are not to be covered, removed, or dismantled.

• It is unlawful for any person to make, cause, or continue any loud, unnecessary, unnatural, or unusual noise which annoys, disturbs, injures, or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace, and safety of others at any time, day or night. No disruptive noises may be made between 11pm and 8am that can be heard from a distance of 50 feet from the building or structure where it is located. In addition, no loud noise from a vehicle may be heard at a distance of 50 feet from the vehicle at any time.

• Underage consumption of alcohol and providing alcohol to underage persons is illegal and therefore not permitted.

• Pool and Tropical Deck are open from 10am-8pm. Accessing either of these outside of 10am-8pm is prohibited. Music (including amps and speakers) is not allowed in the pool or tropical deck areas. Consuming alcohol in the pool area is prohibited.

• The use of deep-fryers, candles, and incense, are prohibited in the units.

• Guests must maintain a presentable outside appearance of the unit they are occupying.

• The Burgundy Inn does not allow pets. There are to be no pets in any rooms at any time. A cleaning fee of $100 per room will be assessed to the guest if this is violated and the guest will be evicted.

As determined by Management and/or Security Staff, violation of any of the above requirements may result in verbal warning, written notice of violation and pending eviction, and/or eviction of all guests registered in said unit.

Immediate eviction of any or all guests in a unit will result if any of the following occur:

• Vandalism of hotel property, surrounding areas, or the property of other guests.
• Any action that endangers the safety of other guests, staff, or yourself.
• Entering locked areas of the hotel (e.g. pool after closing, laundry, storage areas, etc.)
• Any illegal or disruptive actions that result in the police being called to your room for any reason.

We reserve the right to enter any room as deemed necessary by Management to confirm compliance with local laws and property rules and regulations, assure the safety of our guests and property, perform necessary maintenance, and assess possible damage.
